We are searching for a qualified Service Technician to join our team at our apartment community in the heart of Miami! Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance, so they are key to resident satisfaction. As Service Technician II, you will respond to service requests such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances. Responsibilities:
  • Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance task including, but not limited to:
    • Electrical and plumbing
    • A/C and heating systems
    • Appliances
    • Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
    • Tile, carpet, flooring
    • Ceiling leaks
Requirements:
  • At least one year of apartment maintenance experience
  • CPO certified preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
  • Must be able to read work orders as well as follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must be able to work after-hours and weekends on a rotation basis for maintenance emergencies
  • Must comply with Westdale’s COVID-19 health and safety measures
Work Hours:
M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; plus weekends on-call as needed
Required License or Certification:
HVAC Type II or Universal; Valid State Driver's License where the property resides
