As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintenance operations, as well as leading the maintenance team. Resident satisfaction is the key to our success, so our new Service Supervisor will be committed to handling maintenance requests timely and professionally.   • Accountability for all maintenance operations on the property while working within the planned maintenance budget.
  • Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues for vacant and occupied units.
  • Maintaining all service and safety records in compliance with federal, state, and local law.
  • Meeting all duties and requirements outlined in the Service Supervisor job description.


  • At least 1 year of supervisory on-site property maintenance experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment.
  • Must comply with Westdale’s COVID-19 health and safety measures.
  • Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.

M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sundays as needed
Required License or Certification:
Valid FL Driver's License; HVAC Type II or Universal
