We are searching for a Full or Part-Time leasing consultant at our 344-unit Denton apartment community! When you help someone find their new apartment home, you know you’ve made a difference. Our Leasing Consultants make that important first connection with potential residents and thus enjoy meeting people and building relationships. In addition to greeting prospects, you will show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors
- Answering and returning telephone calls
- Touring the apartment community with visitors and residents
- Securing leases as well as selling features and amenities to prospective residents
- Completing guest cards and lease paperwork
Requirements
- Sales, customer service, or apartment leasing experience preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must comply with Westdale’s COVID-19 health and safety measures
