We are looking to fill several positions for our growing Houston portfolio! This is a can’t-miss opportunity for anyone at the top of their customer service game who enjoys the fast pace of  Class A apartment communities. Selected candidates will work at one of three Class A, mid-rise communities starting in late June or early July!

All qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working in Class A communities.

Groundskeeper (Porter)

Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. If you enjoy working outside and have an eye for detail, we would love to meet you!

Service Technician I (Make-Ready)

As the Service Technician I, you will turn vacant units into beautiful apartments, preparing them for new residents to call home. You will also be responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas.

  • At least one year of experience in basic maintenance and repair is preferred.

Service Technician II (Assistance Maintenace)

Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. As Service Technician II, you keep our residents happy knowing that their apartment and appliance repairs will be done quickly and professionally.

  • At least one year of experience in on-site property maintenance.
  • Valid TX Driver’s License
  • Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
  • Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.

Service Supervisor (Lead Maintenance)

As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintenance operations on the property. Our ideal candidate has the necessary skills to complete maintenance and repairs for vacant and occupied units while working within the planned maintenance budget.

  • At least three years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
  • Valid TX Driver’s License
  • Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification
  • Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.

Leasing Consultant

As Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people’s lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.

  • At least one year of customer service, sales, or on-site apartment leasing experience is preferred.
  • Valid TX Driver’s License

Assistant Community Manager

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. If you enjoy leasing and have a knack for numbers, then we would love to tell you more about this exciting opportunity.

  • At least one year of experience in on-site property management.
  • Valid TX Driver’s License

Community Manager

As Community Manager, you will be responsible for the financial success of our residential multi-family property, while delivering quality, attentive management for our residents. The perfect candidate must have strong customer service and management skills and must also possess a strong sense of urgency and adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in on-site property management.
  • Valid TX Driver’s License
